What's a Christian approach to climate change and environmental stewardship? 

The Wellington/Guelp ARPA Chapter is hosing and evening with Dr. Calvin Beisner of the Cornwall Alliance. Dr. Beisner's talk will apply Biblical worldview, theology, and ethics, combined with science and economics, to questions about manmade climate change and what churches, nations, and the world should do about it.

Dr. Beisner is the President, founder, and national spokesman for the Cornwall Alliance. The mission of the Cornwall Alliance is to to magnify the glory of God in creation, the wisdom of His truth in environmental stewardship, the kindness of His mercy in lifting the needy out of poverty, and the wonders of His grace in the gospel of Jesus Christ.

To this end they work to educate the public and policymakers about Biblical earth stewardship, economic development for the poor, and the gospel of Jesus Christ, with the Christian worldview, theology, and ethics that come with it.

Admission is free, but there will be a free will offering to help pay for the speaker and costs of the event.

Registration is not required, but it would be nice to know how many folks we can count on.
